Christine Mosholder, Founder

mosholderChristine has worked in the real estate industry for almost 20 years. She began as a designer with a regional architectural firm and migrated to corporate real estate, where she managed a number of capital projects required to successfully complete a series of mergers and acquisitions for BankBoston / Fleet Bank. In 2000, Christine founded Fort Point Project Management (formerly CPP), a real estate project and relocation management company focused on corporate, bio technology and institutional clients, including many non profit organizations. Christine's committment to The Furniture Trust reflects her belief that being environmentally responsible is not just a "green" thing to do, it is the only option to preserve our planet. Christine has a BS in Interior Design from Cornell University and her MBA in entrepreneurship from Babson College.

Jill Durant, Business Manager

durantPrior to joining The Furniture Trust, Jill Durant was a consultant at Fidelity Investments. She provided real estate management support to the company in all capacities and was primarily responsible for the planning and execution of employee relocations including furniture modifications, space planning and updates to floor plans. Prior to that, she worked for a financial institution for 23 years in various capacities. Within the Corporate Bank, her last position was Manager of Business Administration in the Capital Markets group. Throughout her career in financial services her responsibilities included space planning, client services, marketing and communications, human resources, finance and event planning. Her strong project management skills and ability to run a project from start to finish make her an excellent resource to manage The Furniture Trust.

Michelle Blakemore Faroni, Education and Outreach Manager

durantMichelle comes to The Furniture Trust with over eight years of industry experience, beginning as a project manager for Peabody Office Furniture. There, she worked closely with architectural firms and clients to meet budgetary requirements, as well as to negotiate and act as a liaison between clients, installers and vendors. Most recently she was a project manager with Fort Point Project Mangement, where she managed multiple large scale projects, providing detailed scheduling, planning, and coordination for client relocation and construction projects and advising clients on furniture procurement, move coordination and tenant fit out.

Michelle has had a passion for living green since she received the book 101 Ways To Save the Planet when she was in middle school. She is thrilled that her professional life and personal beliefs have intersected at The Furniture Trust.

Michelle holds a bachelor’s degree in Communication from The State University of New York.
